Record instances from various life projects where you demonstrated leadership: - When did you effectively listen and show empathy, and what impact did it have? - Where did you motivate your team, and what was the impact? - When did you drive change and handle resistance? - Where did you influence behavior? - When did you support your team's professional and project advancement needs? - Where did you engage and make decisions considering the entire team? - When did you receive constructive feedback about your leadership style? Identify what best suits the new role.

Analyze past successes and failures. Highlight relevant experiences. Seek opportunities to lead. Adapt & Learn from past shortcomings.

The learned project management skills in your previous experience can boost your confidence while onboarding into the new journey. The previously developed skills of critical thinking, creating an effective workspace, and innovative solutions could help you reflect effectively. One critical aspect is setting goals that need to be achieved for the progression of the work. The other strategy could be developing and splitting them logically so we are not overly focused on one goal. An accepting attitude in a new team is important. Sometimes things don't always work in the expected way, need to learn and move on with reflective approaches to not repeat them.
