Remember that in a job interview you only have a short time to hook them. Essentially they are reading only the inside cover or the first chapter of your career. Lead with a strong + relatable experience that entices the interviewee to want to dig deeper. Think of ways your story can get them to connect or even share their own.

This is why you better tell a true event based on your experience ( off course without mention people's name and company name) rather than made up imaginary stories. The flow of your storytelling will not be smooth if the context does not matched with the scene of your story.

In order to have an emotion connection to your story, you must be honest. Never tell a made up story, tell your own experience. If you are being honest, your face expression, your body language will show and it will build an emotional connection with your storytelling.
