Managers who cannot trust their team and are unable to delegate and distribute responsibilities usually fail because they fail to see that they are responsible for the performance of the team. Let’s take the role of a Restaurant Manager whose role is to put forward to their team the expected standards, the goals, targets etc of the business and provide support as & when required.
