Na minha experiência manter a comunica??o com transparência e honestidade é o mínimo que se espera durante esse processo de desligamento. Tanto para quem fica, quanto para quem vai. O n?o dialogar/conversar por exemplo, também comunica, ele comunica que n?o existe maturidade para ter conversas necessárias e dá espa?o para conversas paralelas que pode virar uma coisa totalmente diferente da verdade.

Eu recomendo que todas os profissionais, mantenha sua rede movimentada, fale sobre suas qualidades, comente e compartilhe temas do seu seguimento Busque ajuda de um mentor, trace um plano com metas claras, tenha um objetivo na sua jornada! Conecte com pessoas na rede que ja atuam na área que você quer atuar e claro, ofere?a seus servi?os!
