Recently, I made a significant mistake with a client due to a communication issue. I didn't realize the mistake until after the shoot, when the supervisor informed me. While there was no way to completely fix the issue, taking the lead and addressing my mistake directly helped mitigate the impact and preserved my relationship with the client.
