It is absolutely essential to be fine with and even embrace failure. “Failure” is only a bad thing if that’s how you choose to look at it. If you look at everything as a learning opportunity and every edition of a report as an extensive A/B test then failure can be a good thing because you are learning more about what your stakeholders need and how to deliver it to them.

My belief, especially since early 2023, is that failure is a perfect use of AI solutions to analyze the outcomes and ask for alternative solutions. Moreover, by creating cascading prompts that deal with approach, methods, and measurements, alternative outcomes can be identified and implemented--if not for the current program, at least for future ones. And when in doubt, pose the same outcomes, ideas, and approaches to multiple AI agents to arrive at a "consensus" for improvement.
