It's not easy to accept failure, but we all know that if we don't see where we can get better, we won't get better. My suggestions are: 1- Self-reflection. Let's assess the situation objectively from all angles. 2- Step back to get the whole scene. Please simply capture the "fact" and "feature"; I need you to wrap your emotions in a moment. 3- To determine which of the things you did were correct and which need to be changed, you might need to use certain benchmarks. 4- Always remember to explore what could be the causes?rather than placing the blame on yourself when you're feeling anxious or let down.

Goal setting will make an individual a trained or market ready. Setting goals for their knowledge curve to grow more, to be more realistic towards their profession can be even more professional in their current situation. Goals need to be SMART as the previous and initial point states. Individual cannot keep a goal being in a Executive position aiming for CEO position. For that they have to take the measurable steps of how and what re the steps that make an individual a manager, how much time is needed to achieve and how relevant is your growth in this current role or current organization etc.

Continuous learning whether you succeed or fail is literally an important attribute that one has to possess. Learning will alarm an individual to achieve that extra mile needed in their learning journey. Also additionally learning have that impact on individual's mind that whatever your achieved stage is you have learn it from square one.

Persistence can include asking for a do-over. It may take a lot of courage to ask for another chance to try again. But it can go a long way in recovering. It’s easy to persist when there’s a track record of success. True persistence occurs when it’s more difficult.
