However mortifying it may seem, failures are the best things that could happen especially at the onset of your career, I like to call them "hard lessons" they often open up a bigger Outlook, Out of the box perspective and most importantly it builds up the resilience to keep moving forward. I usually use the "3A" rule ASSES - assessing and identifying that went wrong ADDRESS - if there is a big elephant in the room address it. It can be you or someone senior or peer, because that is the way forward (be polite) ADOPT - finding the issue is tough enough but adopting a better way, or a skill, or both is like moving a mountain...but it's rewarding (trust me) There is no secret magic potion, but trying and learning is a good recipe to start with

Many loose hope & tempo and disappointment is natural. Thank your self that you tried & failed. Accept failure, you are only accountable to your self, for only you know the situation, effort & challenges gone through. Evaluate reason for failure was it inadequate planning, inadequate knowledge or skill , timing not right etc. Feel the difference of experience, though it failed this time, but this is not end, but a new beginning.Visualize & revisit the reason /motivation why you started in the first place. May be you did not read the client or customer or situation correctly. Examine all factors & create future create a fool proof system. After all with more experience,more failures have been endured and surpassed.
