LLevo 25 a?os trabajando en la misma empresa y 6 a?os en otras mayoristas diferentes y dedicadas a los congresos. En mi puesto como consultor de viajes , he atendido a grandes empresas como Inditex, Gamesa, Accenture.... Soy una persona que me adapto en seguida a los nuevos puestos , positiva y agradable con los clientes. Soy ágilmente resolutiva, por dominar prácticamente mi sector, y positiva y animada para seguir mejorando. De lo malo cabe destacar que tengo algún tok que otro por hacer las cosas en el momento y de tranmitir bastantes verdades. Quiero asumir más responsabilidades en mi puesto ya que mi trabajo realmente me gusta, aunque no está nada bien remunerado. Soy libre para viajar en cualquier momento y de movilidad geográfica.

I would say that the airline travel industry is going through a deep transformation as we speak: just think of One Order, NDC, Merchandising, AI, SAFs (alternative fuels) just to name a few. In the center of it all is technology, digitalization, and innovation one way or another. So my advice is keep on top of technology trends, pay attention to data and the possibilities it opens up. It is important to know the particularaties of the industry but equally important to have a future, technology oriented mindset.

Keep an open mindset! I have twenty five years of experience in the travel industry. After first jobs for tour operators and retail chains, I worked in aviation for almost twenty years. At some point you think you know it all and may even tend to get a tunnel focus. Not me. One year ago I changed to ground transportation. I am still in the travel industry, I still do sales, but because this part of the business is very different I need to learn again and rethink my working methods and that keeps me active. At the same time off course I can use my general experience and network and can even use my specific aviation experience and turn it into an extra asset. I can really recommend this kind of career switch!
