You failed because you tried something! That's not failure that's feedback. It means some part of your plan didn't work. So go back to the drawing board and assess what didn't work. While you're doing that, also find out what did work! Improve the parts that failed and you'll be back in a jiffy. The people who don't try at all are the real duds. Believe me, the world is full of them.

I did not realize that I had become somewhat resilient after working as a consultant. Here's what I did: --> I don't believe in a finite game. It doesn't require others to fail so I gain. Or vice versa. The playground is infinite. I aim for the infinite game; to thrive together. --> In an infinite game, you succeed all the time: Either you get what you want or you get what you need for the next match as a valuable training. --> In my early career; the first two projects that I was in charge; failed. Period. --> 15 years later, I still serve the same client. How is that possible: Meaningful relationship --> It's ok to fail unless you destroy the trust culture by not being genuine and honest. Become the companion of the great adventures. Ups and downs. Be present with your client.
