é essencial estar aberto a aprender e desaprender. Também considero fundamental fazer uma profunda reflex?o sobre a própria jornada, reconhecendo as experiências vivenciadas até o momento, sejam elas provenientes de trabalhos remunerados, voluntários ou até mesmo hobbies. Observo que muitas pessoas que est?o passando por transi??es de carreira para CSR se sentem perdidas, especialmente aquelas que nunca trabalharam diretamente com o tema antes. Elas têm a sensa??o de estarem "come?ando do zero", o que é um equívoco. Minha recomenda??o é que as pessoas enxerguem além dos cargos que já ocuparam e considerem quais habilidades, tanto técnicas quanto socioemocionais, foram desenvolvidas e como elas contribuem para o novo desafio.
