Honestly, everyone has a story of being creative in some way to come up with a solution to something. It may not have been a great solution, but it was a creative one. I once spoke to a company that had just established oil platforms off the coast and were planning on expanding operations. Once the solution is identified being decisive is very important. People value someone who make clear, timely decisions without hesitation especially in fast paced or high pressure environment.
