Antes de la entrevista, tómate el tiempo para reflexionar sobre tus experiencias pasadas. Por ejemplo, en una ocasión tuve que gestionar un conflicto entre el equipo de finanzas y operaciones (Situación). Mi tarea era resolver el conflicto y mejorar la colaboración (Tarea). Implementé reuniones semanales de seguimiento y un sistema de comunicación más claro (Acción). Como resultado, logramos reducir los tiempos de entrega y mejorar la eficiencia operativa en un 20% (Resultado). En una entrevista, puedes mencionar cómo utilizaste tus habilidades en análisis financiero para identificar oportunidades de ahorro de costos en un proyecto. Por ejemplo, en Flow Investing Capital, implementé un sistema avanzado para el registro y control de acciones comerciales, lo que mejoró la rentabilidad y la respuesta del mercado.

En un proyecto de mejora de la cadena de suministro, trabajé estrechamente con los equipos de operaciones y finanzas para redistribuir y despachar eficientemente el stock antiguo, cumpliendo liberando el sobrestock que afectaba al equipo comercial por la depreciacion de las unidades, a finanzas por la reduccion del margen y Operaciones por el cumplimiento de KPI's en rotacion de inventario.

Por ejemplo, en una ocasión un proyecto no cumplió con las expectativas debido a una subestimación de los riesgos.
