Know yourself before knowing your boss. Many here can't have a boss (like me) and know the best approach to master in regards to how to deliver the presentation. I suggest mastering both: Straight and Direct, and through a story tales.

This is a cultural thing I guess. In some cultures people usually obey their bosses no questions asked. If you wish to sway your bosses then build a rapport with them. Try not to be a doormat while doing this. Ideally your work should speak for you and your credibility should allow you to sway the opinion of your boss but bosses are bosses who knows what these guys can do
