Break your work into blocks and stop your work to do something different: watch a video, cook something, take a shower, or just make yourself a coffee. These "pit-stops" do not need to be of an equal amount of time; they can be two smaller ones and then a big one. I try to allocate the big one right after finishing some focused work on a task of the same activity; for example, after three blocks of translating (with two small breaks intercalating) and finishing a document, I stop to cook and eat lunch, take my coffee, and then I go to do other translation-related tasks.
