One of the key factors for my success in my career both with video and film, was being inspired by the struggles of others. It is rare for people to find success right out the door. I have been blessed that when I started I experienced this, but then as I became more an expert, I found myself encountering more challenges that had me retreat to what is typical for those in the industry. Realizing most encounter rejection, and tough obstacles early on, I was humbled and found the inner strength and drive to remain inspired. Mental psychology (Adlerian) really helps, and so does repeating inspiring quotes and living the life as a lifelong learner. As you learn, you will find yourself more inspired & passionate, persistent- very sustaining.
