Always keep an open mind and try to learn every day, even a little, hard or soft skills, it doesn't matter. A person with 10+ years of experience using the same tools and software from 10 years ago has repeated the same year 10 times.

Nobody benefits from a burnt-out project coordinator. Not the team, not the stakeholders, and most importantly - not you. Learning your battery level helps you recognise when to take a break. 10% battery is not the optimal time to stop, 35% is better. If you're already feeling exhaustion, demotivation, or numbness, that's a sign that you need a break. Eat well, take care of your health, and socialise. Time is not important. Results are.

To add to that and have a positive attitude as well as make work something to look forward to, it's important to understand what makes the work you do exciting. Do you enjoy stakeholder engagement? Do you enjoy making project plans? Tap into that! Schedule your day to keep the fun and exciting things for times you feel not so motivated. Incorporate a nice lunch break, a short walk, a coffee run into your day. Make sure you're setting yourself up to being productive and working smart.

Learn your team's skills on a foundational level. Being a middleman between stakeholders, it will always benefit you to know what your team needs so you can effectively move the project around and have actionable and accurate information for the external stakeholders. If it seems challenging, ask a colleague to explain it to you. Chances are, if they like their job, they'll be more than happy to.
