In my experience, I begin by clearly defining my long-term objectives and ensuring they align with the overall vision. I then conduct a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis to understand both internal and external factors, staying informed about competitive trends. Identifying gaps in the market that align with my organization’s strengths helps me pinpoint potential opportunities. I evaluate these opportunities based on feasibility and impact, prioritizing those that align best with my strategic goals towards implementation and eventual results. Throughout this process, communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and foster a culture of strategic thinking and innovative adaptability is key.

Le capital d’expériences, les cas de figures vécus, les le?ons apprises emmagasinées, la lecture stratégique de la problématique et les réalités de l'environnement du défi sont autant de d'atouts murissant la réflexion stratégique. Doté de tous ces acquis, le comble de la faveur et la consécration d'une réflexion stratégique performante s'invitent avec un esprit doté de clairvoyance. C'est dire que l'opérationnel ne peut être que ex ante à la réflexion stratégique.

For driving a project , it’s the timeline , scalability & right collaborative platform for alignment amongst stakeholders r critical success factors . Thru Microsoft project tool one needs to continuously re-align based on project timeline as time changes the definition . Fail early … fail fast … fail inexpensively r my 3 imp take for any project work to follow .

In a past project, we saw a chance to pitch Microsoft Dynamics 365 as an ERP to the client, but we waited which in turn caused issues. Realizing we needed to act fast, I made a clear plan and onboarded an ERP specialist on the team to get things moving. It showed me that in project management, spotting opportunities is one thing, but acting fast is what counts.
