One thing I′ve found helpful is being open to learning, proactive and always available at all (work-related) events, makes you stand out and creates a positive impression with colleagues and supervisors in the company. Additionally, it allows you to network with clients (other companies), thus building your professional network, from which job opportunities can arise. It may seem hard, but every effort brings in short-term satisfaction.

Show professionalism and punctuality to reflect your commitment. Communicate your interest in joining the company. Exhibit strong communication skills alongside technical proficiency.

Some points i advise to my interns. 1. You are in transition period from student life to professional life. So, try to adopt a professional behaviour and leave the casual student attitude. 2. What ever you learn from your mentor. Record it, make notes so that you can revise it later. 3. Skills can be made and break but good attitude always pay you off. So always keep a positive attitude. 4. Have good connections with your mentors and teammates. 5. By the end of every internship you will get a chance to showcase the knowledge and skills you have acquired, so prepare a good presentation and internship report to prove yourself. 6. There is a chance that you wont get hired right after your internship.Never lose hope and keep trying

Absolutely, never turn away a good opportunity to shine even if it seems a menial task it may be far more important than you realise, and your attitude means a lot.

When I started in telecommunications, I always looked for ways to shine and come up with innovative solutions to everyday problems. Always to improve not only the engineering and the technology, but do it in a way that is measurable that creates or saves additional revenue for the company. Many companies look at their networking and technology as an expense rather than a way to improve customer service and revenue.

Lo mas importante cuando estamos aprendiendo es buscar y sobre todo saber recibir los comentarios buenos o no tan buenos que te ayudaran a entender si vas en buen camino o no. Siempre de mente abierta con la disponibilidad a recibir de buena manera todos los comentarios, eso mostrará tu madurez y mejorará tu comunicación.

La retroalimentación es esencial para el crecimiento profesional. Buscar activamente comentarios constructivos de mentores y compa?eros demuestra tu compromiso con el desarrollo. Además de escuchar, es crucial actuar en base a esta retroalimentación. Establece metas específicas para abordar áreas de mejora identificadas y busca oportunidades de capacitación o mentoría para fortalecer esas habilidades. Interns are looked to document the network. This may seem boring and a waste of time. However, it in fact is giving you a unique experience to learn from the bottom up. So go into the documentation within enthusiasm and learn from it. You will show that you will do whatever is necessary in order to be the best you can be.

It is market-oriented innovation - first understanding the needs of the client and then apply technology to solve the client's problem. Required and therefore useful innovation. Not all new things are innovative or useful! As a result of ones focused approach, not only will you sell your product, in addition your client will come with his next problem straight to you.
