All environments are not the same and will require different adaptability patterns. As a construction field worker, i was engaged in installation, projects supervision and doing daily operations report, it was a routine for me for years and adapting to other construction site on transfer was not difficult, it was only crucial to obey rules, most times job templates are similar as far as it's same role or with little expansion. However, when i got into facilities management, adaptability became very necessary, so familiarization with maintenance processes, quick learning, cost optimization and customer interfacing became things i have to adapt to, my commitment and willingness level had to increase geometrically and that has kept me going

Past experiences have helped in tackling challenges on the field and achieving my goals. In my immediate past role with another company, I had to manage Ten technicians. character management initially became a challenge, but the work must be done. I kept having loopholes because of the character challenge from the technicians, so I devised a strategy, I engaged and taught some technicians in areas of the field where they had limited knowledge such as designing of solar grids. I helped them to get certified or upgraded educationally, in less time than imagined, we became a very strong team. After I left the company till currently, some of these former team still visit and call me for advice or whatever enquiry they want to make

Three skills that have distinguished me so far are communication, presentation and empathy. I have learnt to communicate to clients based on different requests characteristics such as; clients needs, the level of client's knowledge on the job to be done , the emotional composure of clients peradventure something goes wrong and the amount the client is willing to pay for the job. Secondly, I make sure my presentation pitches the concerns of the client, and the client equally acknowledges my clear understanding of his or need Thirdly is empathy. when clients call to make request especially situations that caused pain previously, I share in the pains of the client and assures them of the solution i will be bringing
