By doing 5s in each station not only in organization including it works in our home too which can show the good result after doing 5s . As in our organization each and every employee works on 5s before they start their work they does 5s in their places and after completion of their works they put each components on its places

We teach our operators and helpers to solve the issues if comes during work . For example , when some types plate gets cut in laser and presents burr or blank cut we teach them the route cause as how it has present and after learning from us they works well and never comes the same issue in the future

Before going to start our work we make meeting and clearly we says and provides as what the plan is today's as they work nicely
