If you are not sure they are consistent, then look for another Organization maintaining that Consistency between Values and Operations.

We have people in the space who created a name for themselves, such as Greta Thunberg, but if the world were to label or judge her, she would have been disqualified in the traditional sense. Experience helps, but at the same time, like they say today, "don't sleep" on people who are hell-bent on changing the world. The world we live in today has shown that experience and tenure alone should be the only variables/factors we look for in faculty experience. There should also be space for those who dare to change the world with innovative ideas, contrary to what your CV states.

Look for Programmes in Public Administration staffed with a Range of Serious Academics, Field Practitioners, Policy Makers, Policy Implementers at Scale, Ground Activists, Sociologists, Comparative Religion Experts, Public Health Experts Statisticians, Ethics Experts, Public Good Experimentalists and uncompromised Philosophers. Such a Mix of Teachers will round your grooming experience in Public Administration at PG level
