Without a strong link between content and blockchain this is misleading. When based on a cryptographic hash, tracking and verification will fail as soon as the content is modified, e.g. by change of resolution, frame rate or compression parameters.

You need more sophisticated strategies to match key and leak, as a standard encryption key in a session key protocol will only decrypt the content key which then decrypts the content.
