Es ideal poder definir un alcance completo y limitado, bajando toda expectativa a la realidad y entendiendo cuantas fuentes de información aun no tienen un un gobierno de datos definido. Pero también es improtante entender que hay fuentes de datos que no están mapeadas por la mayoría, que hay pocas fuentes de datos que también tienen un gran valor y que es necesario incluirlas en esos alcances iniciales
