The accomplishments of all stakeholders must be individually and equally recognized and not hijacked which could lead to unnecessary divisiveness among the ranks. Honest introspection is crucial when surveys throw curveballs. Listening sessions make the stakeholders feel connected and valued. I believe these are low hanging fruits and contribute to building a culture of trust.

Taking this open minded approach to learning and continuously challenging yourself to be open to learning about different perspectives and ideas is important.
