Staying calm is important, but it is much more important to stay in question mode and not go into defense. The natural activity when we feel attacked is to go into defense, this can sometimes or rather very rarely save the moment but the fake behind the problem we will not hear and therefore not understand. Often the problems sound superficial, but this is usually because they are not described well from our point of view. Problems are often described like symptoms and only with good analysis through questions can we recognize the real causes
