Exacto la empatía es un componente fundamental en cualquier conversación individual o colectiva, puesto que hay que tener presente que algunas veces nos encontramos con personas tímidas, que hablar en una reunión 1to1 o delante de un grupo de personas, incluso les produce ansiedad precisamente debido a su timidez, por lo tanto, hay que ayudarles a que se sientan seguras y puedan expresarse con tranquilidad sintiendo respeto, respuesta y confort para hacerles más llevadera su situación
