I come at this from a slightly different perspective. My big tip is to find what is right for you and do for yourself what you do for your own coaching clients.... get a coach, work with them around setting your goals and for accountability, be a part of a community where you can get support with likeminded people. What works for one person might not work for another!

If we are overworking, overcommitting saying yes to everything then we clearly need to take a step back to decide what we prioritise in life. We need to remind ourselves why we wanted to be a life coach in the first place. It's very rare to hear anyone say I am in it for working all hours, burning out and spending less time with my family, working while on holiday etc. Yes, a certain commitment is needed when you start out, but keep an eye on making sure that you also prioritise the other things that are important to you is key. Perversely, I found when I started putting effort into the other things I wanted in life, my business flowed more! Again, have a coach / mentor / support group to help you keep moving towards ALL your goals!
