Quando eu iniciei na área de tecnologia toda a infraestrutura era voltada para o onpremise, assim como em desenvolvimento ainda era utilizado flash por exemplo. Cresci na área vendo o onpremise sendo aos poucos substituído pela nuvem, o flash foi extinto e muitas linguagens sendo criadas e outras sendo aposentadas. Vi diversos colegas da área de infra ficarem para trás, dizendo que só sabiam mexer no onpremise e muitos se vangloriavam de serem da época dos mainframes, mas n?o buscaram se atualizar e n?o conseguiram se recolocar no mercado. é uma área cruel para quem para no tempo. Se atualizar é mais do que necessário, em especial no mercado de TI.

Na área de tecnologia da informa??o o processo de aprendizado é algo contínuo, pois as tecnologias evoluem a uma velocidade que nós n?o conseguimos acompanhar. A dica para o aprendizado é o foco. N?o adianta querer abra?ar todas as tecnologias e subáreas existentes e querer aprender a fundo sobre tudo. Uma hora teremos que nos especializar em algo para nos destacarmos. Foque em alguma área em expans?o e se especialize nela. Hoje dentro da infra temos as áreas de Cloud Computing e de Seguran?a da Informa??o como as áreas de maior empregabilidade.
