After self assessment make sure your energy or focus is aimed at strengthening your skillset, following policy, and any other contributions to satisfying your colleagues, and management. Learning is your best asset, continue to be teachable, and offer to contribute on another project, you may learn something new, this way you can become a more productive, and flexible employee the more you accomplish, the more likely you are to be successful at a future promotion.
