Sure, the algorithm probably wants me to tell you to talk to the people and see what you need to do to get better and be a more attractive candidate or make a better offer or whatever. Yeah, maybe. However, don't forget about your own value! They are losing out, not you. You just get to move on to better things. Make what corrections you can, and always strive to better yourself, but never take rejection personally. There are bigger and better things for you!

The overwhelming majority of these individuals all had some LIFE defining traumatic failure that took them from good to great! Failure is fine, you're doing great things! Keep it up!

I’ve grown to learn that setbacks are learning opportunities. Think of everything you put into a position. Sometimes an employer doesn’t see the value or the worth to what you are contributing. Therefore you have to think about what you were supposed to get out of this particular role or situation that can potentially help you with your future. Of course we all don’t do everything right, but you can also look at those things you were not great at and work on developing those skills to make you an even more dynamic team member for your next role. I always try to find something to learn or take away from a setback. Ultimately they are all learning opportunities.
