First of all, It is obvious that planning is everything. In every aspect of our life, we must have a written or mental planning for our action. in the case of teaching, in planning phase, it is a good vision to consider and focus on the teaching and instruction activity. I mean that we must improve our teaching. if we can improve our teaching with good planning and strategies, many of our problems would be solved. teaching that makes learning, can solve so many problems. David Merrill said that motivation is the output of the leaning. I believe that learning plus motivation can solve classroom problems. all in all, in planning, teaching/instruction strategies must be in the first place of our planning.

Feedback is the breakfast of champions. Observe the best teachers in your school. If senior leaders are asking you to teach a certain way, as them to model it to you in their lessons. This is the best way to improve as a teacher because it allows you to see it first hand and model it yourself.
