I couldn't agree more, when I was transitioning from a mine site to a corporate position it took me some time to understand how to work in a different environment. Not because my role was very different but on site I had tasks that it was needed to accomplished every day and in the corporate settings I had projects to work on with timelines longer than a day for example. It was a challenge for me to change that mind set of the mine site and start prioritizing my projects instead of trying to finish them all at the same time. It was a challenge that helped me to be more organized and prioritize my work, but also life outside work, which for me was a very valuable lesson.
