Some of the practices I use to achieve this are providing value-add services such as gratis referrals, market analysis, hiring & retention trends, and business leads.

Actively use LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms to network, share insights, and engage with potential clients. Attend industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to meet potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.

At the very minimum cost you can bring the level of repetitiveness significantly down. The most daunting task for me was copy-pasting the same email over and over again or rewriting the templates to fit different roles. What do I use now? 1) ChatGPT: Free version is enough to generate job descriptions, follow up messages and emails, assessments. 2) ClickUp: For $20 a month I can create hiring forms and automate the full hiring funnel. With just one click I'm able to send out as many emails as I wish: rejections, assessment or call invitations, any updates. It's integrated with Twilio so you can add text messaging automation as well. I'm continuously on the look out for tools which can streamline my work so I can maximize my potential.

I could talk ALOT on this. But I will keep it brief and not be nuanced at this time. Manage your finances by creating a detailed budget. Tracking all expenses. Separating personal and business accounts. Invest in accounting software. Regularly review financial statements. Plan for taxes. Seek professional advice. Build an emergency fund to ensure stability and growth. Don't think going into something with a lump sum will be a good idea. CASH FLOW is everything.
