Everyday is a school day and no one person knows everything (although my father always told me he did ??). To be an amazing coach, you need to be curious and Continuous Professional Development speaks and feeds this curiosity. You need to be curious for yourself and also on behalf of your clients. All the new things you learn you can then pass on to everyone you meet and all the things you maybe don’t agree with, just gives you a strengthened sense of self!
