Therefor the data needs to be passed in as a sequence with an attached test window. in following iterations the trainset grows and the test window slides towards the end. by fine-tuning pretrained models the amount of needed data can be reduced in a lot of cases. And last but not least the role of the hyperparameters is crucial, therfore those need to be tuned while using cross validation.
