Understanding the users should always be on the top of your UX process as a UX designer because you're not going to design for yourself but you're going to design for users so you have to get deep into your product's users' brain to be able to design an experience that really can make a difference in their lives.

It is very important to maintain a consistent layout and style across all pages. Consistency reduces confusion and helps users navigate intuitively. We can use design systems to provide visual consistency to our product and create a trustworthy environment for users. Design systems enable us to balance our work effectively. Ensure menus are easy to find and use. Dropdowns, hamburger menus, and sticky headers can enhance accessibility. Placing menus where users expect them, like at the top or side, helps users find their way easily. Clear labels and icons make menu items easy to spot, and ensuring menus work well with screen readers is important. Usability testing is essential for identifying and fixing navigation issues.

It's so important to make the experience as easy as you can as a UX designer because most of the time we design for multiple types of users so not all of them can understand or navigate through the complex designs, this concept should always be considered. Also, as a UX designer, you have to minimize call-to-actions buttons in the single screen so the user doesn't get confused or get stuck.

Designing responsively is indeed crucial for delivering a consistent user experience across different devices and screen sizes. Prioritizing elements like easy-to-tap buttons, readable text without zooming, and properly scaled images can significantly enhance usability. Testing your design across various devices helps in identifying and fixing any inconsistencies, ensuring users have a smooth and enjoyable interaction with your app.

In the modern world, most digital experiences are designed and built to fit with multiple screen devices so it covers all users of different types of devices. So as a UX designer, it's a priority essentially to build the digital experience considering all the devices that the experience might work on. And most importantly test the UX experience in all devices with the users of these devices.

By observing user behavior during task completion, you gain valuable insights into your product's effectiveness and areas for improvement. The main objectives of usability tests are to determine if testers can complete tasks independently, evaluate performance and mindset, assess user enjoyment, identify and prioritize issues, and develop solutions to enhance the user experience.
