Geplant werden diese im Team unter Einsatz eines Task Boards. In Dailys wird schnell klar, was erreichbar ist und was evtl. priorisiert werden muss - wodurch schnell die Frage beantwortet wird, ob die aktuellen Ressourcen ausreichend sind. Und natürlich sollte in Sprints gearbeitet werden, beispielsweise w?chentlich. Die Retrospektive ist unerl?sslich zur Verbesserung der Performance als auch zur Validierung des kommenden Ziels.
