Hier w?re es sinnvoll intern im Unternehmen zu kl?ren, was genau passiert, wenn der neue Mitarbeitende den Arbeitsvertrag unterschreibt, damit der gute Eindruck vom neuen Arbeitgeber auch danach fortgesetzt wird.

Meiner Erfahrung nach, ist hier eine enge Abstimmung zwischen Recruiting und Personal-Administration zwingend erforderlich und insbesondere muss einfach klar gekl?rt sein, ab welchem Punkt der übergang stattfindet. Ansonsten besteht die Gefahr, dass ein guter Eindruck aus dem Recruiting sich nicht best?tigt und ein neuer Mitarbeiter:in doch noch absagt.
