Eyes on Prioritize: Send emails to your boss every Friday with your accomplishments from that week and what you plan to work on next week. Add percentage of time. This invites them into your planning and will allow them to know how much more work you can take on. (ex: 20-hours = 50% of week) 2. Schedule everything: block off your calendar hour-by-hour to help your boss and others know when you are available and when you are not.
