Stop using a classic and unproductive tool such as brainstorming and start trying other more powerful, productive, fun, motivating and demanding creativity methodologies. For this, I recommend the following: reverse brainstorming, lateral thinking or Gamestorming. All of them are high level.

Se alguma tarefa falhar ou precisar de mais tempo, readéque outras a??es. Quais a??es podem andar em paralelo? Quem pode substituir um colaborador que precisa de ajuda? Podemos ter mais pessoas colaborando? N?o renegocie prazos antes de eliminar todas as possibilidades de reajuste.
