This can be particularly hard to do when in the weeds. One of my mentors taught me about finding a place in my office that helps me disconnect. For me, scuba diving is the only time I have truly felt disconnected from my everyday life. So, my "scuba zone" is the place I go to in the office or at home to try and disconnect so I can reflect.

I love the “using validated learning” part which captures the importance of listening to your customers. As an entrepreneur, if you fail to do that, you will lose your edge and your market share along with it.
