I find that when drawn into a discussion about gear it can often be a good idea to communicate that, although you are by no means behind the pulse, your real expertise and strengths lie in storytelling and filmmaking fundamentals and that gear is simply a tool for realising that vision in new and exciting ways.

O problema geralmente já aconteceu antes e o caminho de resolu??o muitas vezes já existe. O importante é manter o foco e a calma.

O ideal no caso dos softwares é que você se aprofunde na usabilidade da ferramenta em um nível profissional. Existem diversos cursos e você fazer todos. No meu caso utilizo Davinci Resolve, já utilizei o Adobe Premiere, porém hoje utilizo somente o Davinci, pois para mim é mais completo. Logo, nesse exemplo é importante entender como você pode extrair o máximo potencial da ferramenta, edi??o, color grading, áudio, efeitos e por aí vai. O que eu costumo fazer é sempre pesquisar as novas atualiza??es e já aprender a mexer em novas fun??es adicionadas, assim me mantenho sempre atualizado.

Il existe de nos jours une multitude de logiciel de montage pour faire un excellent travail. Les plus répandus sont bien évidemment Adobe Première Pro et Final Cut Pro pro pour les montages de vidéo. Au cinéma, nous avons le légendaire logiciel Avid qui n'est plus à présenter. Ces logiciels cités ci-dessus sont professionnels donc payant et co?te beaucoup plus cher par contre il existe des logiciels amateurs aussi pour ceux qui sont nouveau comme Magic Studio. Mon crush en terme de montage vidéo est le logiciel Davinci Resolve de BlackMagic qui intègre plusieurs solutions telles que le montage et l'étalonnage dans la même interface. Une très grande facilité de travail.

El software es solo una herramienta, he trabajado con más de 5 tipos de programas y no definiría que uno o otro sea mejor o peor, todos tienen particularidades y ofrecen magníficos resultados.

At the end of the day, the interviewer knows that gear, tech, and process will be fluid... so focusing on flexibility is key throughout. I always focus on a "Story Driven Approach" which enables me to give real world examples from my experience, citing actual proof cases from my portfolio, giving story based reasoning behind why I chose different tech, techniques, and processes. Every production is different, and it's always different based on the creative concept or story that is being told. Each story will require different tools, thus removing a focus on tech and gear, and placing the focus on what it should always be which is the story that is to be told.

Tips that always help me: 1. - Being at all times super proactive. 2. - Imposible is nothing. There is always a solution. 3. -Dont assume, always ask! Corroborate and be sure. Its common that people assume and thats where the error comes( someone thougt that something already was planned , or that someone was going to take care of that issue or task) 4.- Your team has great virtues but also weaknesses. Know them well. If you know what can go wrong you can be prevented and be ready to solve it. Also apllied to locations, clients, crew etc. 5.- Little details do make the diference. 6.- Always have a plan B , C , D. 7.- Your mood can make the diferece. People work better and are more efficience in a ealthy enviroment.
