Yes. It is very important to engage the teams early in the discussions as they are the ones who understand the pain points of the current process or what is going well in the current process. Engaging teams early not only helps them adapt the change faster but also helps in focusing on what are the needs to be taken in the current environment and what are the needs that can be referred to new environment. It also helps address the technology/skill gaps and be prepared to handle the new environment. The business process knowledge gained would help design the new processes.

The efficiency and agility of support are crucial. Deciding between creating a helpdesk or training superusers in each department depends on the organization's size and available resources. In smaller organizations with less complex business processes, a centralized helpdesk is often a better choice. In contrast, in large organizations or departments with many specialized procedures, training and assigning superusers from within the department is more useful. However, the availability of competent resources may be a constraint.
