Well , I started small, I started alone, took few local projects first and on side hustle , then took few global projects once I have certain amount of revenue I hired professional team, with out letting them know that I am on job, as no one wants their boss to be on job. I entrusted my trust over them, and they started as a project based with me on commissioning basis.
