Here's a definition I use with clients, "the dynamic, cohesive mix of qualities that telegraphs you're in charge or deserve to be." Think of it as mature confidence. Here are the building blocks: attire, grooming, drive, professionalism, expertise, emotional intelligence, influential, responsive to feedback, engaging, credible, ability to command the room, engaging, charismatic. What are the two where you are strongest? Identify one area where you would like to grow and create an action plan to get better. Before you know you will have them all checked off.
