The nuances of needed for a show would make a demand for additional support during a show but that does not guarantee a long term role among the venue space. Thus, the curation of an assigned position for an event (equated to the maid of honor to flower girl role in a wedding) is not safe to create a promotion structure in unless the venue is operating in a tier of organization supported in a cast management method of operations. The hunt for a promotion in a space that tends to showcase a myriad of forgotten needs (see the convenience stores in hotels spaces) does not make a healthy company to have on-the-spot promotions.
