One thing I find helpful is asking GenAI to think about a problem and then give reasons for the solution it provides. For example “think about the best combination of platforms for digitising student services in higher education and give reasons why this is your recommended combination” will help you understand the reasoning applied (accept or reject the proposition) and use AI in an agile way customised to the situation.
