One thing I have found helpful is to use an enterprise architect tool that allows you to draw business layer architecture. Using standard frameworks such TOGAF or Zackman. This frameworks help you to easily defined the correlation with other components in different layers, such as application layer, and strategy. Examples in strategy layer you defined policies and controls as a principles to be followed, so it will easily help you to identify what is the impact before you proceed with a change. This approach will lead into inform decision-making and fast adoption to change. Some tools powered by AI ?? that make analysis much easier ??

An example I have seen when assessing this kind of analysis is that you predefined the list of technologies, and Map it with the business capability, which is part of the business architecture. Once you perform the gap analysis with the target architecture, you can easily build a road map with a timeline of implementation. This is very essential for IT strategy input.

Actually, you can reach this level of alignment. Once you have a clear baseline architecture that describe each capability and link with with digital capability when you apply benefit realization. Following. Continuous and improvement with the previous actions you can easily come up with the improvements Plan to ensure that business are been aligned with goals business are been aligned with the technology. This is a initial stage when you establish your enterprise architecture program. The best approach is to apply business architecture maturity assessment by the end of your program

Try to apply design thinking with gamification that brings ideas and tools from the worlds of architecture and product design were employees are engaged from business CASE until solutionDelivery. Because most of the time business do not understand the huge work and effort done by enterprise architect team. This approach will help to harmonize the way of enterprise architecture.

One of the best framework I have created is that I tried to use approached based on a criteria where we try to diverse the way we deliver things for example, if the requirement is simple and the technology is available and easy to use immediately turn into innovation mode to deliver in agile way. A good example is you can combine DESIGN thinking from the previous article I mentioned earlier then use lean start up were it provides the iteration engine for building out a hypothesis for an innovation through multiple cycles. Then apply Keys into the lean start-up cycle and builds out the supporting technology solution
