Public feedback is a tricky thing. It's true we need feedback to grow, but the way and manner in which feedback is given is critical. The scariest feedback? Well, it's the public kind. The number one thing to do with any feedback is do not take it personal. Once feedback is given your only job in that moment is to handle it well. Breathe, stay composed, give a civil and professional acknowledgement of the feedback. When the opportunity arises analyze the feedback and consider it wholly.
